Getting more Google reviews without feeling pushy
Most happy customers will leave a review. They just need asking at the right moment, in the right way.

Reviews are one of the biggest things Google looks at for local results, and the first thing most customers check. The good news is most happy customers are glad to leave one. They just forget.
The best time is straight after a job goes well: when they've just said thank you, picked up their car or seen the finished kitchen. That's when they're happiest and it's freshest in their mind.
Get your review link from your Google Business Profile and send it by text or WhatsApp, or print it as a QR code on a card. The fewer steps it takes, the more people do it.
Ask everyone, not just the customers you think will be happy. Never offer discounts or freebies for reviews, and never write your own: Google's rules ban both and can remove reviews or restrict your listing.
Thank people for good reviews and reply calmly to bad ones. Future customers read your replies too, and a polite answer to a complaint often does more good than ten five-star reviews.
